  • Simply choose your favorite bounce house, select your event date, and contact us to reserve. We’ll confirm availability and handle the rest!

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included within our standard service area.

  • Yes! All ball pit rentals include the balls needed for a full and fun experience. We handle setup and cleanup, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • We recommend a flat, open area with several feet of clearance around the inflatable. Specific space requirements vary by unit.

  • Safety comes first! If severe weather is expected before your event, we’ll work with you to see if we can move indoors or reschedule whenever possible.

  • We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and other flat surfaces. Grass is preferred whenever possible.

  • Yes. A standard household outlet within reach of the setup area is required. We provide extension cords if needed.

  • Absolutely! Every bounce house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

  • For safety reasons, we recommend children only unless otherwise specified. Adults and children should never bounce together.

  • Yes. The blower must remain plugged in and running throughout the rental period.

  • Yes. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times while the inflatable is in use.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation policy will be outlined during booking.
